Kindergarten Room Lead
Do you have experience working in leadership? Are you looking for a new and exciting role? We are looking for passionate Kindergarten Room Leader to join our team of exceptional early years staff.
About the Position
Contract type: Full-time, permanent, all year round
Working pattern: 2 days working 10 hours, and 3 days working 7.5 hours, 42.5 hours a week.
Salary: Up to £24,720
Start date: Immediate start available
About the Role and You
We are looking for someone who has:
- An NVQ Level 3 qualification in childcare and education.
- Previous experience working in a Nursery or Pre-School setting.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a knack for turning everyday moments into magical learning opportunities.
And someone who has the ability to:
- Create and implement fun and stimulating lessons that promote learning and development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and exploration.
- Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through a variety of educational activities and play.
