With 45 acres of stunning parkland, our pupils have boundless opportunities to run, play, take part in sport and enjoy the great outdoors.
Ashley Manor’s sport and physical education programme is inclusive and enables all pupils to play at a high level, both in team sports and individually. Our facilities enable just about every junior sport to be participated in with a full-size sports hall, swimming pool, tennis courts, all weather cricket pitches, a cross-country course, an all-weather hockey pitch and a number of rugby and football pitches.
We are proud of the value that we place on music and drama within the curriculum with a wide number of musical and dramatic activities taking place both through lessons and extra-curricular activities. Our facilities include a drama studio and a fantastic music block.
Practical and creative skills are very much valued with children having access to a science laboratory, cookery room and art room.
Children use the many outdoor resources of the site, enjoying the Forest School, school garden and regularly visiting the school farm which hosts goats, pigs, chickens and alpacas. Through their involvement with the farm, our pupils develop a greater understanding of their environmental responsibility and respect for all living things.
