We are seeking an enthusiastic Farm Teacher to join our preparatory school in the heart of Cheltenham!

About the Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Running farm clubs as well as supporting pupils in feeding the animals and cleaning the enclosures.
  • Teaching farm sessions with the support of the class teacher.
  • Liaising with ground staff.
  • Supporting and promoting the aims and ethos of the school.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in teaching.
  • Experience of working with children and farm animals.
  • Experience of liaising with animal agencies.
  • Knowledge of basic animal medicine.

Personal Qualities

We are also looking for someone who is:

  • Professional and efficient.
  • Honest and reliable with excellent communication skills
  • Hard working.
