Sarah Tow became Head of Ashley Manor Prep School in September 2026, having previously served as Deputy Head. Sarah has been part of the Ashley Manor community for more than twenty years, during which time she has known the school as a teacher, leader and parent. This longstanding connection gives her a deep understanding of the school, its families and the warm, caring community at its heart.
Sarah is passionate about ensuring every child is known as an individual and is supported to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally. She places great importance on providing a broad and enriching education, combining strong academic preparation with opportunities beyond the classroom. From preparing pupils for grammar schools and scholarships to making the most of Ashley Manor’s 45 acres of parkland, outdoor learning and extensive extracurricular programme, Sarah is committed to helping children develop into confident, kind and well-rounded young people, ready for the next stage of their education.
