About the Role and You

As our Nursery Administrator, you will be:

  • Handle all the admin requirements in the Nursery.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the school, liaising with parents, students, and visitors.
  • Assisting with the admissions processes, ensuring the smooth running of pupil admissions.
  • Maintaining our CRM system, ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Adding invoices to Xero.
  • Dealing with queries regarding invoices with suppliers.

About You

Essential Skills

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous proven track record of administration experience.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • A friendly and positive manner.

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with using the iSams database to manage student information.
  • Experience working with Xero Accounting Software.
  • Knowledge of school admissions process.
